The main focus of Functional Fitness, St. Andrews is the community aspect of our gym. Our Primary Goal – to get St Andrews as fit and as healthy as possible whilst having as much fun as possible doing it.
We aim to create a community of people who care about getting fit, strong and healthy and enjoy the journey.
All our trainers are CrossFit accredited, in addition to this we also hold REP3 certificates. There are 25years experience between the trainers and each trainer can be contacted for personal training services (subject to availability).
